Context

Initially called in for a claim review, Argos Construction convinced the shareholder to place the subsidiary under ad hoc mandate rather than launching a hasty social plan. Two acquirers were found and, despite subsequent judicial liquidation, Argos's technical assistance allowed two major public works to be completed and creditors to be repaid in full.

Context

Awarded a €180M / 62-month contract for an underground metro station in the Paris region, the joint venture benefited from real-time contract management led by Argos Construction. Context

Six months after the earthworks began, daily site tensions were preventing the team from calmly grasping the limits of the lump-sum contract. The factual status report drawn up by Argos Construction refocused energy on the high-stake issues and revitalised contract management, leading to a settlement on the claim for additional compensation.
