Dans le cadre de son redressement judiciaire, pour une société de promotion immobilière, la revue technique et opérationnelle indépendante des bilans prévisionnels des 15 programmes en cours et 60 programmes à démarrer, en France et au Luxembourg, afin d’évaluer le prévisionnel de trésorerie et donc la capacité de la société à poursuivre ces programmes.

Context

Le projet porte sur la conception, la réalisation et la maintenance (CREM) du nouveau bâtiment de la Direction Régionale de la Police Judiciaire de Paris (DRPJ), situé dans le 17e arrondissement, confié par la Préfecture de Police (Maître d'Ouvrage) à un groupement d’entreprises.
Le marché a été perturbé par de nombreuses modifications du programme, des notifications tardives, des travaux supplémentaires non régularisés et des mises à disposition tardives d'équipements de sûreté.
Malgré ces perturbations, le Groupement a adapté ses moyens et obtenu la réception des travaux avec seulement 2,5 mois de retard.
Argos Construction est intervenu en qualité d'expert au soutien du Groupement dans le cadre de la demande de rémunération complémentaire résultant des modifications dans les conditions d'exécution du contrat.

Context

Faced with severe difficulties marketing second-home developments in the middle of a downturn, the developer needed reliable completion forecasts for its 14 programmes and a financing plan for its banks. The engagement led to a winding-up followed by a programme-by-programme rescue.

Context

On a painting contract where any change weighs directly on labour, late hand-over of work areas had stretched the schedule by 37% — but the team, inexperienced in contract management, could not substantiate it. Argos Construction's presentation of the claim convinced the Owner of the contractor's rigour and led to new contracts.

Context

Initially called in for a claim review, Argos Construction convinced the shareholder to place the subsidiary under ad hoc mandate rather than launching a hasty social plan. Two acquirers were found and, despite subsequent judicial liquidation, Argos's technical assistance allowed two major public works to be completed and creditors to be repaid in full.
