ARGOS Construction accompagne une société d’ingénierie, ayant une mission d’assistance à maîtrise d'ouvrage et de Maître d'œuvre d’exécution, pour la construction d’un Data Center, en France. ARGOS est intervenue dès le début du projet, assistant et conseillant le Client dans la rédaction des contrats, basés sur le FIDIC Yellow Book.

• Support in negotiations with contractors;
• Setting up contractual management tools for an effective project monitoring.

Stakes

• Oversight of 7 major contracts, of approximately 700 M€;
• Establishment of contractual monitoring tools.

Results

Negotiations successfully concluded with the contractors, meeting the Owner’s expectations.
