ARGOS est intervenue dès le début du projet, assistant et conseillant le Client dans la rédaction des contrats, basés sur le FIDIC Yellow Book.

Context

Le projet porte sur la conception, la réalisation et la maintenance (CREM) du nouveau bâtiment de la Direction Régionale de la Police Judiciaire de Paris (DRPJ), situé dans le 17e arrondissement, confié par la Préfecture de Police (Maître d'Ouvrage) à un groupement d’entreprises.
Le marché a été perturbé par de nombreuses modifications du programme, des notifications tardives, des travaux supplémentaires non régularisés et des mises à disposition tardives d'équipements de sûreté.
Malgré ces perturbations, le Groupement a adapté ses moyens et obtenu la réception des travaux avec seulement 2,5 mois de retard.
Argos Construction est intervenu en qualité d'expert au soutien du Groupement dans le cadre de la demande de rémunération complémentaire résultant des modifications dans les conditions d'exécution du contrat.

Context

Six months after start-up, the earthworks/utilities contractor was being blamed for delays and held responsible for every site contingency. By bringing the issues back to the facts and clarifying each party's rights and duties, Argos Construction's intervention secured a time extension with no delay penalties.

Context

Context

Numerous changes introduced by the Owner had given rise to incomplete amendments and erroneous pricing. Argos Construction's critical-path analysis allowed the amendments to be corrected, anticipated subsequent events and produced a new schedule and budget — culminating in a contract extension.

Context

Awarded a €180M / 62-month contract for an underground metro station in the Paris region, the joint venture benefited from real-time contract management led by Argos Construction. This approach allowed issues to be addressed regularly with the Owner and a 15-month overall slippage to be managed without delay penalties.
